Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

• After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations can no longer be accepted.

• To cancel your order, please email contact@isadoracrystals.com.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or sizing issues caused by inaccurate measurements.

Because all items are custom-made, we are unable to restock or resell returned items. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

Quality Issues

If your item arrives damaged or has a clear defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Email us at contact@isadoracrystals.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description.

• After verification, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

• We do not require you to return the original item.
